Self-optimization. Self-control. Self-discipline.The work on oneself is infinitely and requires discipline. Why is it worthwhile to get up in the morning what is left at the end of the day? When does happiness occur and what does discipline add to it? Starting small, releasing yourself, harmony and sustainability, the joy of little things and being in the here and now – say the five pillars of Ikigai. Exercise daily and meditate say others. Everything requires discipline to make it consistently through the day – but wouldn’t it be better to alter terms and conditions than bow to them in regards of survival? To muster courage not accepting things as they are and break free.
